Short version: IEPvocate does not sell or share your personal information, and has never done so. We don't use third-party ad trackers, don't build behavioral profiles, and don't work with data brokers. There is nothing being sold for this request to opt you out of — but under CCPA and the NJ Data Privacy Act, you still have the right to ask, and we want that request path to exist regardless.
The only data sharing IEPvocate does is with the service providers that operate the product on our behalf — Anthropic (AI processing), Stripe (payments), Supabase (database), Resend (email delivery), and Vercel (hosting). None of these qualify as a "sale" or "share" under CCPA or NJ DPA: each processes your data solely to provide the service back to you, under its own data processing terms, not to use your data for their own purposes.
